sivp6 operates under clearly defined rules designed to protect every player. Here are the six pillars that underpin our Terms and Conditions.
sivp6 is open exclusively to individuals aged 21 years or older who are accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under applicable personal law. Indonesian residents must hold a valid KTP and meet all KYC requirements before withdrawals are processed.
All deposit and withdrawal policies — including minimum amounts, processing times, and supported payment methods (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay) — are stated clearly. sivp6 does not impose undisclosed fees on standard transactions.
Every bonus offered by sivp6 carries clearly stated wagering requirements, expiry periods, game contribution percentages, and maximum withdrawal caps. sivp6 does not retroactively change bonus terms after acceptance.
Players are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. sivp6 enforces one account per person and reserves the right to suspend accounts where fraudulent activity, multi-accounting, or collusion is detected.

Important Notice: These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and sivp6 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"). Access to and use of sivp6's platform constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.
In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

2.1 To register an account and use the sivp6 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:
2.2 By accepting these Terms, you represent and warrant that all eligibility conditions above are met. sivp6 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend access pending verification.
Indonesia-specific notice: You must hold a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP Nasional) to complete KYC verification. The Public Gambling Act 1867, as enforced under Indonesian law, predates online platforms; sivp6 operates under international licensing. Players are solely responsible for assessing their own legal position under Indonesian law.
3.1 To access sivp6's services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form, including your full legal name (as it appears on your KTP), date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and mobile phone number.
3.2 One Account Per Person. sivp6 permits only one Account per individual. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different names — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. sivp6 reserves the right to void all bets placed, forfeit all balances, and permanently ban all associated accounts where multi-accounting is detected.
3.3 Account Credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. sivp6 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
3.4 Accuracy of Information. You must notify sivp6 immediately if any registered information changes, including your email address, phone number, or residential address. sivp6 may suspend withdrawal processing if registered details cannot be verified against KYC documentation.
3.5 sivp6 reserves the right to decline any registration application without stating a reason, and to close any Account at its discretion where eligibility conditions cannot be confirmed.
4.1 sivp6 is required under its international licensing obligations to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals. The KYC process requires submission of the following documents:
4.2 Standard KYC processing takes 1 to 24 hours from the time all documents are received in acceptable quality. Most verifications are completed within 6 hours during business hours (09:00–18:00 WIB, Monday through Friday).
4.3 sivp6 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of the verification process. Withdrawal requests will be held in a pending state until KYC verification is fully approved.
4.4 All KYC documents submitted to sivp6 are stored securely and processed solely for identity verification, fraud prevention, and anti-money laundering compliance purposes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
sivp6 accepts deposits via the following payment channels, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR):
Minimum deposit: Rp 50,000. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though high-volume transactions may trigger additional verification. Average deposit processing time is under 3 minutes. Deposits are credited to your sivp6 Account Balance in real time upon bank confirmation.
sivp6 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The name on the payment source must match the KYC-verified name on your sivp6 Account. Deposits from unmatched sources will be returned minus any applicable bank transfer fees.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to availability. Where a direct reversal is not possible, sivp6 will process withdrawals via bank transfer to a verified Indonesian bank account held in your registered name.
sivp6 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on withdrawal requests exceeding Rp 10,000,000 in a single transaction or Rp 25,000,000 within a 7-day rolling period. Such checks may extend processing time by up to 48 hours.
All transactions on the sivp6 Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). sivp6 does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits or withdrawals. Third-party bank transfer fees charged by your financial institution (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or e-wallet provider) remain the Player's responsibility. sivp6 will notify Players of any platform-side fee changes with a minimum of 14 days' notice.
6.1 sivp6 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and VIP loyalty tier benefits. Each promotion is governed by its own specific bonus terms, which will be clearly stated at the point of offer.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the bonus terms at the time of offer. Unless stated otherwise, Sports Bets contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; slot games contribute 100%; live casino and table games contribute between 10% and 25% depending on the specific game title.
6.3 Bonus Expiry. All Bonus Funds carry an expiry period, which will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is credited. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings that remain subject to wagering requirements at the time of expiry will be forfeited automatically.
6.4 Bonus Abuse. sivp6 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back bonus funds and associated winnings in any case where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering patterns that carry low risk irrespective of game outcome, exploiting promotional loopholes, or coordinating with other players to generate artificial qualifying activity.
6.5 sivp6 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that doing so does not adversely affect any bonus already accepted and actively being wagered.
6.6 Bonus offers may not be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise. sivp6 will apply bonuses in the order they were accepted, and only one bonus may be active at any given time per Account.
7.1 All bets and wagers placed on the sivp6 Platform are final once confirmed. Players are advised to review all bet details carefully before submitting, as sivp6 does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except in circumstances explicitly provided for in these rules.
7.2 Sports Betting. Odds displayed on sivp6's sportsbook represent the best available market price at the time of display and are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. In the event of an obvious pricing error (a price so far outside the true market value that a reasonable person would recognize it as a mistake), sivp6 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the Player's account Balance.
7.3 Postponed and Cancelled Events. If a sporting event is postponed or cancelled before completion, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned, unless the specific market rules state otherwise. For football matches, bets stand if a minimum of 90 minutes of official play are completed.
7.4 Casino and Slot Games. All Games of Chance use certified RNG systems that have been independently audited. Results are final and cannot be reversed once a game round has been completed and settled. In the event of a game malfunction that produces a clearly incorrect result, the affected game round will be voided and the stake returned.
7.5 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer games powered by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi are subject to each studio's published house rules, which take precedence over any sivp6 general casino rules in the event of a conflict specific to that game type.
7.6 sivp6 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits on any market, game, or Player account at any time at its sole discretion, without being required to state a reason.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sivp6 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, permanent ban, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:
8.2 sivp6 employs automated fraud detection, behavioral analytics, and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Players suspected of violations may have their accounts placed under review, during which withdrawal processing will be suspended.
9.1 All content on the sivp6 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software interfaces, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the property of sivp6 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, redistribute, scrape, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
9.3 Game content provided by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, Pocket Games Soft, and other studio partners remains the exclusive intellectual property of those respective studios and is governed by their licensing arrangements with sivp6.
10.1 sivp6 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By accepting these Terms, you also accept our Privacy Policy.
10.2 Player data is processed for the following primary purposes: account management and authentication, KYC identity verification, fraud prevention and anti-money laundering compliance, transaction processing, customer support, and — where you have provided separate consent — marketing communications.
10.3 sivp6 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with necessary service providers (payment processors, KYC verification services, game studios) under binding data processing agreements, and with regulatory or law enforcement bodies where legally required.
11.1 sivp6 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While sivp6 takes all reasonable technical measures to ensure platform availability and security, we make no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities at all times.
11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sivp6's total cumulative liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or relating to the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 sivp6 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or reputational harm, even if sivp6 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11.4 sivp6 is not responsible for any losses arising from: internet connectivity failures outside sivp6's control; force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or cyberattacks originating from third parties; or Player decisions made under intoxication or in breach of the responsible gaming guidelines set out in our Responsible Gaming policy.
11.5 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.
12.1 By the Player. You may close your Account at any time by contacting sivp6 customer support. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days.
12.2 By sivp6. sivp6 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
12.3 Where an Account is closed due to confirmed breach of these Terms, sivp6 reserves the right to forfeit all Balance, including real-money funds, if those funds are reasonably believed to be proceeds of the prohibited conduct.
13.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sivp6 holds its primary international gaming license. In the event of any dispute arising under these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through sivp6's internal dispute resolution process.
13.2 If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes within 30 days, either party may escalate the matter to the independent dispute resolution body designated by sivp6's licensing authority. sivp6 will cooperate fully with any such process and abide by any binding decision issued.
13.3 Nothing in this clause affects your rights as a consumer under any mandatory provisions of Indonesian law that cannot be excluded by contract. sivp6 acknowledges that Indonesian law may apply to certain aspects of your relationship with us depending on the nature of your claim.
14.1 sivp6 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they could reasonably affect your rights or obligations as a Player — sivp6 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via email to your registered address and a notice displayed prominently on the Platform.
14.2 Minor amendments (such as clarifications, typographical corrections, or updates to payment provider lists) may take effect immediately without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.
14.3 Your continued use of the sivp6 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Clause 12.1.
15.1 If you have any questions about these Terms and Conditions, wish to raise a formal dispute, or need to contact sivp6 for any account-related matter, please reach our support team through the following channels:
15.2 For formal legal notices and dispute escalations, correspondence must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Notice — [Your Account ID]". sivp6 will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and provide a substantive response within 14 business days.
15.3 sivp6 customer support operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Indonesian public holidays (Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Indonesian Independence Day, Christmas, Nyepi, and all nationally observed holidays). Response times may be slightly extended during major holiday periods.
